Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
– Cost: $12.95
– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Available for orders over $50
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

International Shipping

For our global customers, please note:

  • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delivery times may be longer than domestic shipments
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most unworn, undamaged items with original packaging and tags attached. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the quality stitching in our hiking boots and running shoes.

Important Exceptions:

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn athletic sneakers
  • Custom-fitted trail running shoes are only returnable if defective
  • All clearance items are final sale

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and instructions.

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved:

  1. Repackage items in original box with all tags and protective materials
  2. Include the completed return authorization form we provide
  3. Ship to our returns center (address provided in authorization email)

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 3: Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection (typically 3-5 business days):

  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval (credit card timing varies by issuer)

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new items via your preferred shipping method.
